Requirements

  1. Minimum 60% score in graduate or post graduate degree in engineering or MCA
  2. Valid GRE score by 20th February 2010
  3. Valid TOEFL score by 20th February 2010
  4. Industrial experience is preferred
  5. Those in the final semester can also apply

Instructions

  1. Download the application form from this website.
  2. Complete the form in all respects and attach necessary supplementary materials.
  3. Scan the completed form along with the supplementary materials and create a single PDF file. Mail that PDF to admissions@sase.ssn.edu.in
  4. Get a demend draft for Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) in favour of SSN School of Advanced Software Engineering payable at Chennai
  5. Send hard copy of completed form along with supplementary materials and the DD to the following address:

Selection Procedure

  1. All the applications will be evaluated based on academic performance, TOEFL and GRE scores, recommendation letters, critical essay, work experience, etc.
  2. All those who meet the minimum criteria for selection will be sent call letters for interview by SSN SASE faculty.
  3. Further shortlisted candidates will be called for a joint interview in Chennai conducted by SSN SASE and Carnegie Mellon faculty.
  4. All admitted candidates will be offered a letter of admission by Carnegie Mellon University.
