2. Complete the form in all respects and attach necessary supplementary materials.
3. Get a demand draft for 1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred only) in favour of SSN School of Advanced Software Engineering payable at Chennai.
4. Send hard copy of completed form along with supplementary materials and the DD to the following address:
